Changing Galleries

The Gryphon Guild ( [link] ) has moved from it's previous location to a messageboard completely under Guilder control. As this is a rather major change, and many old members failed to migrate, I've decided to discontinue this project. Instead, I'll be starting anew at :iconleikogryph:

It's been a great 3.5 years of Guilder-drawing. I'll kind of miss this gallery, but i'm sure we'll all enjoy seeing the art appear in the new gallery for the new Guilder Drawing Project. I've even taken on a more complicated style for the new stuff.
I will be checking in on this gallery from time to time, but if you really want to get ahold of me i'd recommend contacting :iconleiko:


Notes for those browsing this gallery:

1. The simplistic style and flat appearance of the art is intentional. Do Not comment just to tell me it would look better if shaded, or if all the legs were drawn.

2. The circle around the creatures does not make them Neopets. Circles have been around longer than the internet and their use does not signify association with a site overrun by art thieves and chatspeakers.

3. Every character depicted in this gallery is (or was at one time) a member of the Gryphon Guild. I do not own any characters aside from my own personal avatar. Don't go yelling that i've stolen your character...it's annoying. If you have an issue with what's in this gallery, send me a Note. We'll resolve the problem like mature adults.

I've never seen Transformers.
Wait...I lie. I think I saw the cartoon when I was a kid.

But to answer your question...I've never attempted it. I can drawn anything from a reference and have it come out almost an exact copy of the original (this applies to RL things as well as other drawings and photos). But I really can't speak from experience on transformers. I'd be willing to give it a shot simply to see if I could. I'm like that...otherwise there'd be no one insane enough to attempt to draw the entire Guild.

Well, I know you do good mechanical stuff, or at least you do IMO. :P I've got a transformers character that I'd like a picture of eventually, and I was wondering if maybe you'd be willing to give it a go. If you are, I can toss the description I have at you.

I'm willing to give it a try. Won't happen right away...i've got several websites to finish coding, schoolwork to do, a job, and i'm trying not to get too far behind on the new Guilder drawing project.

Man, that seems like a lot. Good thing I'm a speed-artist or i'd never get anything done.

Anyway, toss me the desc (you could even leave it over on my LJ if you wanted) and i'll see what I can do.
